Galesi TBT - 2006 - Golub Headquarters

In 2006, Galesi purchased 9.5 acres which would become the first phase of the Alco redevelopment. The brownfield site was then transformed to a 240,000 square foot LEED gold certified building, home to Golub headquarters. Out of several other locations across the United States, Golub choose Schenectady to call home!
