Bowtie Cinema – Saratoga Springs

This 60,000 square foot mixed-use building features an eleven theater cinema along with commercial office space. The project also includes a green roof system that treats stormwater by filtering rain through a soil media before releasing it to the city stormwater system and is the first system of its kind approved within the City of Saratoga Springs in an effort to clean area waterways.
