Our Leaders
Mr. Prince joined the Galesi Group in June of 2016 as the Director of Taxes with the responsibility of overseeing the entire Real Estate and Warehousing investment portfolio from an overall tax perspective. Responsibilities include Federal and State tax compliance, tax credits, research, and planning. Prince works closely with Management on how to structure acquisitions, joint ventures, and new projects in the most tax-efficient manner. Since joining the Company, Mr. Prince has been appointed Plan Administrator of both the Company’s 401-K and frozen pension plan. Recently Mr. Prince has expanded his current role to include tax planning and restructuring of the Company’s oil and gas investments.
Before joining the Galesi Group, Mr. Prince spent his entire 30-year career working for several large public and private companies in New York City and Long Island, where he lived with his wife and two children. Prince’s prior experience included roles as head of tax for companies in diverse and competitive industries including quick-service restaurants, franchising, manufacturing, and anesthesia services.
