Mr. Dana Irwin joined the Galesi Group in 2009 as an Assistant Controller with Galesi’s property management group, Galesi Management Corp. and was promoted to Director of Finance of the Galesi Group in 2021. In this role, Mr. Irwin is responsible for cash flow management, debt management, interest rate exposure and the use of financial derivatives, as well as reporting of banking covenants for various banking institutions.
Mr. Irwin has 18 years of experience with accounting and finance in real estate development and property management. He has previously worked in the fields of business valuation and a corporate manufacturing environment.
