Throwback Thursday 2012
In 2012, the Schenectady-based Mallozzi Family, expanded to Center City with Johnny’s Schenectady named after co-owner and chef Johnny Mallozzi. The 180 seat, 6,000 sf space was set to offer a casual Italian feel in Downtown Schenectady and compliment their existing pastry shop, Villa Italia Bakery, just steps away. The Mallozzi’s goal was to bring their family’s success and reputation for great food to the heart of Downtown across from Proctors.
