Retail, office building 'topped off' at Mohawk Harbor
The Galesi Group said Wednesday it topped off its $27 million retail and office building at Mohawk Harbor with the placement of the final beam in its steel superstructure.
The building, One Harbor Center, will contain 13,000 square feet of retail space and 26,000 square feet of office space.
Completion is expected within the next few months.
“The topping off ceremony at One Harbor Center marks another milestone for Mohawk Harbor,” said Galesi Group CEO David Buicko. “We are excited to see the progress at this major waterfront development and we thank the men and women who are building One Harbor Center and the team at LeChase Construction for completing the steel structure of the building.”
