CBS 6 was the first to get access to this new video aerial rendering that takes you inside Mohawk Harbor, the backyard for future tenants of The Riverhouse.
Galesi Group President David Buicko brought CBS 6’s Anne McCloy inside the building for a first exclusive look at the luxury apartment building.
“There’s nothing like it, think about it, the Capital Region hasn’t taken advantage of its waterfronts, and this is one where we’ve taken advantage of the Mohawk River,” Buicko said.
206 units sit on top of retail and restaurant space, each one has a balcony, and residents get exclusive access to the waterfront pool. The apartments are the only places for rent on the casino property.
“The views on the corners are terrific,” Buicko said.
