Kayak rental company opening service at Mohawk Harbor
Upstate Kayak Rentals announced this week it will begin hourly kayak rentals at Mohawk Harbor in Schenectady, New York, on Memorial Day.
Upstate Kayak Rentals was started by Donna Larkin in 2012. The company operates two hourly rental walk-up locations and five self-serving kayak rental hubs in the Albany area.
The Mohawk Harbor location will host 20 kayaks. Service will run through the fall.
Mohawk Harbor is a $150 million mixed-use development in Schenectady that includes 206 apartments and more than 65,000 square feet of office and retail space.
