In 1981 The Equinox at Battenkill, located in Manchester, VT, was built and consisted of 119 units ranging from 1,800 sf to 3,200 sf. The resort-style community was designed to attract a wealthier clientele offering beautiful views of the Green Mountain, tennis courts, paddle tennis, a pool, and a 18 hole golf course.
