In 2013, Bowtie Cinemas opened their doors to Bowtie Cinemas at Market Center, Saratoga. This is the first cinema to open in Downtown since 1980, making this luxury theatre an entertainment destination. What was once a Price Chopper later turned to a mixed use development in 2011. This is the second Bow Tie Cinemas to join the area following their Schenectady location
