In 1999 Galesi redeveloped The Diamond Building, a 225,000 SF former department store, located in Downtown Charleston, West Virginia. The $36 million first class office building and 900 car parking garage was built to consolidate a variety of WV Department of Health & Human Resources.#GGTBT
