Galesi TBT - 1998
In 1998 Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority was formed to enhance the long-term economic vitality and quality of life in Schenectady, New York. With the help of Metroplex, one of the first downtown projects resulted in a $35 million dollars investment and the retention of 1,000 jobs. Instead of moving to the suburbs, MVP Health Care decided to build its 175,000 SF corporate headquarters in the heart of Downtown Schenectady. This project, in partnership with BBL Construction Services, was the first Galesi development in the City and was the catalyst of future development. #GGTBT #TBT
