In 1979 Galesi purchased a 324,000 SF office building in New Rochelle, NY during the midst of a $20 million city revitalization. The building was once home to many large corporations including LONGINES world HQ’s, Coca-Cola, Bottega Veneta, Premier Brands and Conran department store.#GGTBT
