Casino managers moving to Mohawk Harbor
SCHENECTADY — Rivers Casino & Resort announced it will move its administrative offices to Two Harbor Center, the new office building at Mohawk Harbor.
Rivers will occupy about 8,500 square feet in the 65,845-square-foot building, which is divided into roughly two-thirds office space and one-third retail space. It will also conduct training in the space.
The Galesi Group, developer of Mohawk Harbor, previously announced that Haylor, Freyer & Coon, a Syracuse insurance firm, will set up a regional office there.
“Our development partners at The Galesi Group have done a terrific job with Mohawk Harbor, and we are looking forward to moving into this new space as we expand our operations,” Rivers Casino & Resort General Manager Mary Cheeks said.
“Commercial and office space at Mohawk Harbor is just one piece of what makes this development special. Combine that with first-rate apartments and 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space that will be coming online, and this is the region’s only true ‘Live, Work, Stay and Play’ destination,” Galesi Group CEO David Buicko said.
