Construction of the $39 million Market Center at Railroad Place in Saratoga Springs, New York, is on the home stretch.

Come June, the first tenants are expected to move into the 124 luxury apartments on the upper floors of the building, located three blocks off Broadway in the bustling downtown.

Shelves are being stocked with food in the 19,000-square-foot Price Chopper on the ground floor. An opening date for the supermarket hasn’t been announced yet, but it shouldn’t be much longer at this point.
