Admitted to the New York State Bar in 1977, Mr. Steven Porter initially concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate and banking law. As counsel to various real estate developers, Mr. Porter was actively involved in the acquisition, development, and financing of all types of real estate, including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial warehouse facilities, hydroelectric projects, apartment houses and hotels. He started his work at the Galesi Group in 1992 and currently holds the titles of Senior Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel. Since joining the Galesi Group his expertise has expanded to cover the diverse range of legal matters that involve the business activities of the Galesi Group.
