Mr. Frank Ronkese joined the Galesi Group as Assistant Corporate Controller in September 1985. He was quickly promoted through the ranks and was named Vice President in January 1991.
Mr. Ronkese is responsible for the Tax Department which oversees all income, sales, and estate tax planning and reporting, inclusive of the shareholder and assists the Chief Financial Officer in financial reporting, cash management asset control and finances.
He is also Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Oil and Gas Division. Mr. Ronkese is responsible for cash management, financial reporting, financing, price risk management of derivatives, and in charge of Accounting, Human Resources and Risk Management departments
