Harris Branch 
Harris Branch is a master-planned business/residential community containing approximately 2,200 acres of land in Austin, Texas. The project provides land for single-family, multifamily, retail, office and industrial uses.

The Galesi Group, working closely with the staff of the City of Austin, has improved the project to a value in excess of $100,000,000. Already with over 1,200 single-family homes, Harris Branch offers an industrial park called “Commerce Park” with over 203 acres of industrially zoned land ready for immediate vertical development. Further, at the intersection US Highway 290 and State Highway 130, a new project within Harris Branch called “Equinox Centre” offers 332 acres of land with zoning that allows for big box retail, high rise commercial as well as high density multifamily uses.

Harris Branch lies in the heart of the City's designated "Desired Development Zone", a part of a program that emphasizes and provides incentives for the development of housing and job growth in the same immediate area. Currently, there are approximately 30,000 jobs within a 4-mile radius of Harris Branch, including major employers such as Applied Materials, Samsung, U.S. Postal Services, UPS, Travis County Appraisal District, and Dell Computer's 500+ acre business campus.
