Since 2000 the Galesi Group has been engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas. In 2000 Galesi Group formed a joint venture with Patina Oil and Gas Corporation (POG – NYSE) to own and operate the company known as Elysium Energy, LLC. In 2003 Galesi Group dissolved the joint venture and received certain oil and gas interests. These oil and gas interest are owned and controlled by Francesco Galesi through several entities commonly referred to as E&B Natural Resource Management Corporation and Affiliates (E&B).

E&B currently operates and produces in the states of California and Louisiana. California’s interests are located in the counties of Kern, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo. Louisiana’s interests are located in the parishes of Acadia and Plaquemines. During the first quarter of 2006, E&B expanded its operations and ownership to Jefferson County, Texas.

E&B is headquartered in Bakersfield, California. The company’s current production level is approximately 3,000 barrels a day. The company continues to increase production levels by exploration of their reserves and aggressively searching for strategic oil and gas acquisitions to complement its existing holdings.
