David M. Buicko
President

Mr. Buicko is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all the company's operating divisions, including real estate, industrial parks, distribution, manufacturing and telecommunications. Mr. Buicko has had primary responsibility for negotiating and financing most Galesi acquisitions. In addition, he is a board member of a variety of professional and charitable organizations. He is also a board member of numerous privately held companies in the real estate and oil & gas industries. Mr. Buicko has been honored as Executive of the Year by the Schenectady County Chamber of Commerce for his instrumental role in locating a new General Motors/Super Steel manufacturing plant within the county’s borders. He was quickly appointed Chief Financial Officer, and later to Chief Operating Officer. A certified public accountant, Mr. Buicko was previously employed by Charles L. Marvin & Company, P.C. until 1981, where his primary responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax and securities work.

Mr. DiNapoli is responsible for Federal, State and local government relations and approvals. He also has management and leasing responsibility for our joint venture partnerships and developments as well as for a number of Galesi owned properties. A licensed real estate broker, he is also active in nonprofit local real estate development organizations in addition to numerous professional and civic groups. Mr. DiNapoli’s background includes being Director of the Real Property Division for the Facilities Development Corporation (1984-1989), preceded by managerial and leasing responsibilities in the commercial leasing department of the New York State Office of General Services. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as a Developer Associate.

Paul V. Fallati

Mr. Fallati is responsible for overseeing the commercial real estate development, leasing and management in the Northeast. These commercial developments represent 2,400,000 square feet of office space with additional projects under development. Previous to joining Galesi Management Corporation, he was president and principle broker of his own commercial real estate firm specializing in property management, leasing and sales. Paul has been active in commercial real estate for over 15 years and is a member of local and national real estate boards. He is Past President of the local Commercial Industrial and Real Estate Brokers (CIREB) and is a Board Member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Mr. Fallati has earned the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) through the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Steven K. Porter

Since his admission to the New York State Bar in 1977, Steven Porter has concentrated his practice almost entirely in the areas of real estate and banking law. As counsel to various real estate developers, Mr. Porter has been actively involved in the acquisition and development of all types of real estate, including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial warehouse facilities, hydroelectric projects, apartment complexes and hotels. During his career, he has been associated with the law firms of Dreyer and Traub as well as Schulte, Roth & Zabel in New York City, participating in numerous construction loans and permanent financing. In 1982, Mr. Porter became associated with Krolick & DeGraff in Albany, becoming a partner shortly thereafter. In January 1990, Mr. Porter joined Hodgson Russ Andrews Woods & Goodyear as a general partner. He became Corporate Counsel to the Galesi Group and was appointed Senior Vice President in 1992.

Ann Satterly

Ms. Satterly is responsible for the accounting and financial management of the Galesi Management Corporations commercial and residential portfolios. She works directly with the Chief Operating Officer on acquisitions and sales of existing assets. Her primary responsibilities include due diligence analysis and financing. Ms. Satterly is also responsible for operational budgets, capital forecasting and cash flow management. She joined the Galesi Group in 1982 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility in finance and accounting.

Ms. Lacko is responsible for the accounting functions of the commercial and land development projects managed by Galesi Management Corporation. Prior to joining the Galesi team, Sandra worked in manufacturing accounting for nine years.

David Fallati

Mr. Fallati became a member of the Galesi team in 1998 after several years as a real estate salesperson specializing in commercial real estate leasing and sales. Before entering the real estate field, Mr. Fallati was employed at Metlife (1979-1994) where he consulted Fortune 500 companies including Mobil Oil, American Airlines and PepsiCo regarding their group medical, dental, life and disability group insurance benefit packages.
As the Director of Marketing, David is responsible for all marketing related tasks within the Commercial Division. He is charged with the designing and placement of property advertisements, flyers and company wide newsletters in addition to assisting in the day-to-day management of the commercial portfolio. Mr. Fallati is an active member of the local Commercial Industrial and Real Estate Brokers (CIREB) and has served as member of the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) Board of Directors, New Rochelle, New York.

John McCullough

Mr. McCullough has played an important role in land development with Galesi since 1997. He is responsible for the development, management and marketing of Commerce Park on Parmer Lane, Equinox Centre and Harris Branch, projects located in Austin, Texas.
A real estate broker licensed in the State of Texas, Mr. McCullough has been in real estate development since 1973. Prior to his involvement in real estate, he provided tax and auditing services as a Certified Public Accountant. John is also a veteran, having served in the US Army.
