Mr. Galesi acquired surplus military facilities in the 1960’s in Upstate New York and converted them into Industrial Parks. It was the conversion of these properties that subsequently led Mr. Galesi into the warehousing and distribution business that later spawned all of the other Galesi Group ventures.

Mr. Galesi has the distinguished honor of being presented with the Presidential “Award of Achievement” for his contribution to economic development of the United States.
